After the release of Facebook® for BlackBerry® smartphones version 1.5 you told us we were missing some important features in our application, like the ability to view Photos and Profiles. Well, we’ve been working hard and are excited to have these features available for you now in the new Facebook for BlackBerry version 1.6 release.
The new version will now let you:
- View your Status Feeds quickly as the application landing page, and give you quick access to the Facebook Publisher and your highlight feed.
- View Profiles in order to see Wall posts.
- Browse through Photo Albums.
- Browse through Photos in a carousel view.
Download the new version today from your desktop or from your BlackBerry smartphone and start exploring these new features in addition to the Friend List and Calendar Integration features added in the 1.5 release.
