It should be noted that this requires a data service plan. A functioning Wi-Fi connection does not work with the BB Facebook app.

I seem to be having a problem uploading pictures to Facebook. Everything looks fine and appears to have worked and then 10-15 minutes later I get an error message stating an unknown error. I have been to Verizon sores but it seems to work until after I leave the store.

Thank you for the feedback Roscoe, and I am happy to say that Facebook for BlackBerry smartphones 1.6 released today which will provide more of the functionality previously only available from the Facebook mobile site.

I have always in the pinch of needing to have a photo of something on my phone on my desktop sent it via email. One thing I would recommend to anyone using the BlackBerry’s camera is changing your view finder mode to full screen, it always makes looking at your shot more enjoyable, more so on the Bold and other newer Curves.

Problem, is the Facebook application for BB is much less useful than just going to the URL in the browser and using the site from there. Would be great to have the option to upload to Facebook without having to install an application I never intend to use.
