My Dell just broke so I bought a MacPro. I have a blackberry so I was really excited when the Apple store showed me you new Mac program. I downloaded your new program, opened it. I plugged in my blackberry bold 9000. I just get the initial screen and nothing happens. Please advise.

Great that you’re creating MAC-supoprt. Are there any plans to also create Linux support? That is what is holding me back from buting a blackbery…

WTH is up with MAC support? Do you hate Mac users that much? Is it truly hard for a company as big as Blackberry to form a competent team that can make an apps that actually “just work”? We’re not asking for much, no bells and whistles if you will, but c’mon simple syncing and updating should be a breeze, lest you lose the rest of your faithful users to the other better equipped devices+services

I backed up all of my info to desktop manager and it deleted my info in my memo pad. I really need that stuff back but when i hit restore, it says that all the info on the device will be removed. what do i do??
