BlackBerry Developer’s Blog now Live!

dev_logo_black_web

The BlackBerry blog family continues to grow! It appears as though our friends on the Developer Relations team were jealous of the fun we’re having at Inside BlackBerry and decided to get in on the act. The BlackBerry Developer’s blog will be the essential resource of compelling and informative content for the BlackBerry development community.

Over time, relevant BlackBerry Developer’s Blog content (i.e. stuff that isn’t too technically oriented) will be published on Inside BlackBerry as well. Make sure, however, to check out Director of Developer Relations Mike Kirkup’s first post and welcome him to the world of blogging! Don’t forget to tell him that Inside BlackBerry sent you.

  • This will definitely be a great place to get blackberry dev news. I am switching over to the blackberry for development jobs because of large companies creating more apps for their internal needs. Blackberry is an awesome phone!

I have a Blackberry Bold purchased from AT&T. I use the GPS system when traveling abroad and have been receiving notes on upgrading the navigator side. I upgraded and then was prompted to giving permissions (i.e. Connections, USB, Bluetoooth, Phone, Location, Company Network, Carrier internet and Wi-Fi) You can "Allow" - "Deny" or "Custom". Once you scroll down to the end of the list of permissions, I depress the track ball to SAVE the changes, IT will NOT SAVE and prompts you again to the "permissions"
Can you advise me what I have done wrong or at least let me know
