Media Synch shows the transfers to the BB and confirms successful transfer but no music in Media of BB. Even when using Explore of the BB Media Card and Device memory shows no music, photos, videos, etc. What is the mal-function?

it’s not working…i just got my blackberry torch yesterday …and try to sync my music from itunes and nothing happens …please HELP

I have syncd the playlists to my phone yet when i go on to my media on the handset nothing is there??? any one help me before i throw it out the window :@

I've installed the new sync (BB V6) and I don't like it. My music is on the device but I can't see it or view it using the desktop s/w. It gives me various headings like Blues, Jazz, Artist Names etc. but there's zilch to see. Rolling my own using Explorer seems easier. Shame.

Have you installed the Media Sync application? What error messages are you getting? Take a look at how to transfer media files between a BlackBerry smartphone and a PC.

Hi,

Where is the music you synchronizing comes from? Do you purchase it on iTunes or at another store? Do you get an error message when synchronizing. Once you disconnect the BlackBerry smartphone does it still shows no songs.

i did all it says, the Blackberry Media Sync says it synched my music to my device but when i go and check my music in my phone, it shows empty. there is not one song in my phone. what went wrong? ay….
