		<description><![CDATA[Iv been using this phone for a few months now and i am getting sick of it!!! all the time it decides to not do what its told. What ever button i push it does something completly different to what I have pushed for instances if i push the end call button it will ring someone and if im in a menu trying to change a setting it will just exit the menu when i select something i think it needs a major software/hardware update. please help me or this is going to be one of the most expensive door stops i have ever brought]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[i just got the blackberry storm 2 and when turning it on for the first time!: when i was going through the demo. The screen froze and now the touch screen wont work at all, i cant even get it to turn off and when taking the battery out it just goes back to the original demo screen, and still touch screen doesnt work!!&lt;br&gt;can some one please tell me what to do, i have been searching for ages and nothing works, i haven&#039;t even got to the home page to set anything up yet! i have seen i once or twice, it also show the data arrows in the top right hand corner&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;please help]]></description>

We purchased one for one of our team and she gets quite frustrated with it.  We are writing software for it for a target large working group.
