i have blackberry storm 9530, i just downloaded twitter on my blackberry,and it installed properly but somehow when i will check it on my phone i cant see twitter,but in the app worl it says installed. how come this happen? and what would i do to see the twitter icon on my blackberry. thanks

I downloaded the updated version of Twitter, and although the download seems to have completed and I’ve rebotted, the application isn’t appearing anywhere on my berry…any advice? Thanks

Within your Messages folder, if you hit the Menu key and select View Folder, select Twitter and you will then see all your direct messages. Hit the Menu key again and select Delete Prior and this should delete them all at once for you.

Can you delete a full direct message conversation on this app or only one tweet at a time?

To delete your icon(s)/shortcuts, go to Options > Advanced Options > Service Books, and find the icon’s service book, which should be labelled under the same name. Select “Delete” from the menu. That should solve the problem.

I had the same problem. Go to Options > Advanced Options > Service Books, and find the icon’s service book, which should be labelled under the same name. Select “Delete” from the menu. That should get rid of your icon.

Hi,

These shortcuts can only be manually hidden from the individual BlackBerry smartphone. You can however create an IT Policy that will block/prevent these applications from being installed/used.

Hi Pavel,

How could I get rid of this shortcut from the blackberry manager? I have approximately 160 users that reported Facebook, Twitter and my space shortcuts.
