Can you please verify by removing and re-adding the email account that no password is being entered when configuring your email account?

I have done this steps in the past and was fine, however in the past month my blackberry hasn’t been able to receive my emails….so I deleted my two hot mail accounts and started from scratch… this time my blackberry said Invalid email address or password, verify your email address and password. if the error persists. contact hot mail.com. I have tried contacting hot mail no such luck!!! Someone from my provider said it might be because hot mail did recent updates that might be effecting compatibility??? What should i do

hello. when setting up initial imap email account, i was not prompt for password. upon entering email address, BB automatically configured the account and proceeded with receiving emails. what will stop anyone from accessing corporate imap email account if no password is required and how can BB access email server with out user entering password? thank you! D

I HAVE ALREADY ACCESSED BEFORE FEW DAYS BUT I WAS OUT OF TOWN AND I STARTED AGAIN AFTER I COME BACK BUT NOW CAN NOT ACCESS AND NOTIFICATION SHOWS ME ENTER CORRECT USER AND PASSWORD. I DID ACCORDINGLY BUT CAN NOT ACCESS YET.

when i go to set up my email account when i click the internet mail account it goes to a screen that says existing users, and asks me to enter my username and password.. Im not an existing user. What do i do?

Go into the Setup Icon on your BlackBerry Torch. Then click on Email Accounts.

Hi i just got a blackberry torch and i cant find the email setup icon on the phone im almost going nuts because thats why i got it in the first place i have contacted my service providers and they cant help me

Are you trying to login to Email Settings on your BlackBerry or trying to add an email account? If you are trying to login to email settings, try logging in via computer and hitting the forgot password link. http://bit.ly/b3KCfd
