it says that i need to agree with the terms and conditions and i dont know where to look. Also i try and make a blackberry account and it also wont let me, i really dont know what to do its confussing, what to the shop and they didnt have any idea either

Have you contacted your administrator regarding the issues you are seeing? If you are activated on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server, you must make sure your email client is not using an offline file to store your email.

i have the business enterprise service feature and when I delete messages from my work Inbox they do not delete from my blackberry inbox. I have used the reconcile feature on my blackberry and it does not work. Very frustrated

Do you get an error message when you launch the application? Do you have an active BlackBerry Data plan with your mobile carrier as Facebook for BlackBerry needs an active data plan for usage.

If you currently do not have an active data plan, contact your mobile network carrier for more information.

iv downloaded the new app world and i deleted my old email and i tryed to make a new blackberry id and it always says this email has already been taken and i tryed my old one but it is just not workin still soo wat can i do to make this work and also tryed different emails ?? please help
