After much discussion with friends about choosing and iphone 4 or a blackberry torch, I purchased a Blackberry Torch. I assumed foolishly, that it would have video calling capabilities. GUESS WHAT. IT DOESN'T. Please tell me what highly priced mobile phone doesn't have video calling capabilities in today's world. Annu, your proud of this phone. OMG. I really wish I'd purchased an IPhone 4. For this function not to be included in the Torch says to me that you should be in the warehouse dispatching stuff. Your an idiot.

Dear Annu Dawar,

I have bought your product, BlackBerry Torch 9800 from my country service provider, Celcom, Malaysia. I would like to find the fact that which country BlackBerry is made? I mean, the original unit that totally comes from your product. I do survey in the internet the manufacturer of the BlackBerry. Most of them claims that their unit is made from Canada, Mexico, and Hungary. Some claims that made from Canada is Class A product, made from Mexico Class B product, and made from Hungary is Class C product. Also, made in Mexico could be Mexico 4. What does it means? Can you clarify on this? By the way, how long is warranty period? Some of them offer 12 months, while some of them offer 18 months.
Hope to hear reply from you soon. I've been looking the answer for ages. Appreciated if you can reply to all my inquiries.
Thank you,

Hey Pradeepvas,

First thing I would try is a battery pull to see if that correct the issue. If this does not work you can try a reset to factory as shown here http://bbry.lv/a0QXmX (make sure to backup first). If this does not work then I would suggest contacting your point of sale for options.
