Hi birdofillomen,

What happens when you do try to install the software? Does it complete, or does it fail going through the install process? If so where does it fail?

I just got a new BB Torch a few days ago and loving it. Never used a BB before, I did not have any BB software installed in my computer before. I am yet to use the BB Desktop Software--the problem is I download the 601_b021_multilingual.exe file from bb.com and try to run it but an error message shows up saying "... is not a valid Win32 application." I have done this 2 times and no luck. What is the problem? How do I get it running?

I have been a blackberry user for about 6 years but now I'm both fed up and just plain tired of the issues i have. First, i can't delete the music and video demo. Each time I think it's deleted, guess what, it's right back on there. just imagine working out to some of your favorite tunes then this Aeson- Music Demo- World Traveller..starts to play. I can't stand it. Then trying to watch some video clips from a NBA game and there is, yes you guessed it, another unwanted demo.. this time The Maine, Into Your Arms... Why can't I delete these. What get me worked up even more is this. I did an update and now I have like 10-15 unwanted downloads that I did not want but can't delete. The only option I have is to hide them. this has killed my MB of phone storage. I use to say I will always use blackberry but with each and every passing day of frustration that phrase exits my mouth no more. I am now looking for something else. I won't even start with the blackberry desktop frustration.
