I've spent at least 100 hours over the past month trying to revive my 8330. I followed the suggestions of RIM, as well as other users with the same problem, a battery with a red slash icon and nothing else. Nothing worked. Today I contacted RIM paid support. I agreed to pay $49 for this "incident". When I finally reached a technician (about 40 minutes) he stated that he was very much aware of this problem and he would walk me through reinstalling the operating system, which would wipe out all my contacts, which I was trying to avoid. So, if they are aware of the problem and have a solution (as bad as it is), why isn't it posted on the Blackberry support site. Blackberry has fallen so far that they now make money fixing their own software errors. What a scam! HTC, here I come. Bye,bye Blackberry.

Please provide an easy way for us to provide feedback (without having to join a panel). I couldn't find an address/page to do this so I had to email website support instead and then received a message telling me "please submit inquiry via approvedchannel feedback". Why is this process so difficult?

Hello,

We would like to help out. Can you please tell us more about your situation and the issues you have had with the BlackBerry smartphone. What happened with the replacement? Who is your carrier? How long ago did you send it in?

Thank you

This Torch is terrible. It will not work with active sync so I cannot receive my business emails. It does a lot of things I don't need and very little of what I do need. Nothing is intuitive. Even with the tutorial in front of me, it does not do what the online tutorial says it should. I push setup for email and the tutorial shows one menu, but my phone jumps to a completely different screen with no apparent way to cancel or get out. In short, it sucks. (Sorry for the vernacular)!
