I upgraded my BB software today and since then Facebook has been a problem. Firstly it disappeared with the BB update, and I had to reload it from BB desktop manager. Now it shows "no feeds available" on my Facebook home page. If I click on my photo on my home page it loads some comments from last week. There is much more new stuff showing on facebook on my laptop, but the BB just says "no feeds available". Can I go back to previous BB software?

Hi, I'm a new Blackberry user--I have the BlackBerry Torch as of late December 2010. It was slow responding and for a day or so wasn't even responding to my touch on the screen. I have had to "hard reset" it about 3 times. Is this normal to hard reset? Or do I have a defective phone that I should get replaced?
