Yesterday, we announced the start of the BlackBerry 10.3.2 update global roll out to carriers around the world, and with this we thought it’d be a good time to compile the most frequently asked questions since the first update hit the U.S. a few weeks ago.
First and foremost: WHEN WILL 10.3.2 BE AVAILABLE to my carrier/in my country? A: Great news, the global rollout has started! Please check with your carrier directly on specific local timing.
Q: How do I get the update? A: The easiest way is to look for the alert in the notifications section of the BlackBerry Hub. You can also check for software updates through ‘Settings’ and selecting ‘Software Updates’. As always, we recommend you make a current backup of your BlackBerry using BlackBerry Link before any software updates.
Q: I bought my unlocked phone from ShopBlackBerry.com. When can I expect my update? A: You will receive OS updates for unlocked devices at the same time as the ShopBlackBerry Country store you purchased it from. So if you purchased from the UK store, you will receive the update when it’s made available in the UK.
