help-153094_640You can use help.blackberry.com for all of your BlackBerry software and device documentation needs. On the main BlackBerry Help and Manuals landing page, we’ve organized the various BlackBerry products into sections about Enterprise services, Devices and Apps. Just click on the product that you are interested in, and you’ll be taken to a page that displays all the information that is available for it.

One useful feature of help.blackberry.com is the search function, which allows you to quickly and easily find information about the particular feature you’re interested in. The BlackBerry Enterprise Documentation team uses site analytics to track the terms users are searching on and uses the results to ensure that users find what they’re looking for.

Another helpful feature of help.blackberry.com is product-specific searching. You can search the entire site from the main Help and Manuals landing page, or you can click on your product of interest and limit your search results. For example, click on BlackBerry UEM (Unified Endpoint Manager), formerly known as, BES12 and your search results will be limited to BlackBerry UEM.

Search results return with the most relevant topics listed first. For example, a search of information about SCEP reveals the following results:

One thing to note: If the information you’re looking for is in a PDF, the only way to search that document is to open the PDF and use CTRL+F.

You can use the same search mechanisms that you use in other search engines in help.blackberry.com. For example, you can link multiple phrases with a + sign or use quotation marks to search for an exact phrase.

Think of the search feature on help.blackberry.com as the fastest way to find the information that you need.
