The millions of BBM users that have upgraded BBM for Android have already experienced the entirely new look and feel, inspired by Google’s Material Design Principles.
Last week I caught up with the BBM for Android Product Manager, Pirasanna, and he walked me through some of the highlights of this new update, like the user-centric experience and how they kept the app fresh, but familiar, at the same time. (Spoiler alert – it wasn’t easy).
