Customers Have Spoken: BlackBerry Named a 2023 Customers’ Choice for Endpoint Protection Platforms in Gartner® Peer Insights™

Large enterprise and midsize enterprise customers from around the world recommend BlackBerry’s AI-based security platform. And BlackBerry is proud to announce its recognition as a Customers’ Choice vendor for 2023 in the endpoint protection platform (EPP) category in Gartner® Peer Insights™.

BlackBerry’s EPP platform, CylanceENDPOINT™, is the industry’s first AI cybersecurity solution and the industry’s first predictive cybersecurity solution, which continues to evolve. This announcement closely follows our recognition as a Customers’ Choice in the Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Tool category.

This Gartner Peer Insights report also states BlackBerry is named a Customers’ Choice for EPP platforms and 90% of its customers are willing to recommend BlackBerry based on 213 total reviews as of June 30, 2023. BlackBerry is just one of three vendors with a Large Enterprise Customers' Choice distinction.

A vendor with Customers’ Choice distinction like BlackBerry is recognized as it meets or exceeds both the market average for overall experience, and the market average for user interest and adoption, based on feedback and ratings from 213 verified end users of the BlackBerry CylanceENDPOINT™ product, as of June 30, 2023. On a scale of one to five, customer reviewers gave BlackBerry a 4.7/5 rating for Product Capabilities, a 4.7/5 rating for Deployment Experience, a 4.7/5 rating for Support Experience and a 4.8/5 rating for Sales Experience.

We feel an added testament for BlackBerry products is that 90% of the reviewers say they would recommend BlackBerry for its CylanceENDPOINT.
